David Erotas David Erotas started his construction career after college as a carpenter’s apprentice in the early 70′s in the Chicago area working in both commercial and residential construction. David and his wife Holly moved to Minnesota in 1980 where he continued to work as a tradesman until getting the opportunity to run the construction division of a large high end design, build, and development company in the mid 80′s. David and Holly formed Erotas Building Corporation in 1992. David’s mission with his own company has always been to create a building company that works openly and honestly with every client creating the best possible product attainable at the best value. | Holly Erotas Holly has worked as a business partner with her husband, David, since the inception of Erotas Building Corporation in 1992, but has been in the construction industry for over 27 years. Holly handles the financial and contract end of the business in addition to working closely with the clients and her project coordinators on selections, pricing and the flow of construction information and details. |

 Tim Kunkel |
Tim Kunkel Tim began his carpentry career in the early 80′s and Tim and David started working together in 1986. In 1992, they formed Minnesota Structures Inc, the carpentry labor force company that Erotas Building Corporation utilizes for all of it’s construction. Tim is a master carpenter and is responsible for the organization of the work force that provides our superior quality workmanship. Tim is our construction “Guru”. |

| Alethia Erotas Alethia is the eldest daughter of David and Holly Erotas. She has been working for Erotas Building Corporation since the mid-90′s in various roles learning the company and the business from the ground up. With a background in design, Alethia has been a senior project coordinator for the past 12 years specializing in the interior details and assisting with the backdrop selections of our homes. She also oversees all marketing, advertising and website design for Erotas Building Corporation. |

 Mark Beckman |
Mark Backman Mark began as an apprentice carpenter with David over 25 years ago. His talents grew along with Erotas Building Corporation and MN Structures, Inc. and he achieved the rank of Site Superintendent in the early 90′s. Mark specializes in supervising projects during the framing phase from foundation to drywall and is dedicated to building energy efficient, comfortable, durable and environmentally responsible residences. |

| Emily Erotas Emily is the youngest daughter of David and Holly Erotas. Emily, quite simply, has construction in her blood. She has been a senior project coordinator for the past 10 years and while specializing in homes with a more modern design, is also extremely knowledgeable about traditional detailing. Emily is our internet expert searching out product literally throughout the world. |

Shelly Maki Shelly is more than just our bookkeeper, she is our rock taking care of paying bills, putting together draws for our clients and generally keeping track of all finances. She has been with Erotas Building Corporation for over ten years now and we hope to have her for many, many more. |

| Dan Myer Dan’s construction experience goes back 26 years as a carpenter, Foreman and Supervisor. Dan is a Site Superintendent who is an interior trim specialist as well as being extremely talented in remodeling and condo work. Dan has worked with David and Tim for over 22 years and is without a doubt one of the best detail people in the business. His keen eye and perfectionist nature contributes to the superior level of construction produced by Erotas Building Corporation. |

Deb Carney Deb has only been with Erotas Building Corporation for 2 ∏ years, but has more than twenty plus years of being involved in the construction industry through high end cabinetry design and manufacturing. During that time, she worked with Erotas Building Corporation for over 13 years on cabinetry design. Deb is now one of our project coordinators specializing in interior work and remodeling. |

| Ted Smith Ted is a Site Superintendent specializing in the early stages of construction including framing and mechanical rough-in. Ted has worked in construction since the early 80′s and has been with Erotas Building Corporation and Minnesota Structures, Inc for over 16 years. Ted is nicknamed our “drill sergeant” as he is very adept in keeping jobs flowing smoothly and on schedule. |

 Jeremy Johnson |
Jeremy Johnson Jeremy is one of our Site Superintendents who specializes in renovation, remodeling and interior finish work. He has worked in the building trades for over 17 years and has been with Erotas Building Corporation and Minnesota Structures, Inc for more than 13 years. He is very creative and can diligently solve any problem that arises. In Jeremy’s words “I never stop being amazed at what we can give our customers through innovation and talent”. |
